Thank you for stopping in to meet me! As you can see, I love Rehoboth Beach! Here is a snapshot of how I ended up in this sweet beach town to create art:

I grew up in a small town in Ohio and I believe the simple way of life fueled my imagination and creativity. I soaked up all the art classes I could in high school.  I then headed off to South Florida to study business. I mean, if you are going to go to school, why not go where the sun is warm! I studied business, but fell in love with the ocean and this is where I started to develop my passion for photography and the need to be near water.  After college, I moved to Virginia for work and met my husband. We raised our family and always vacationed on the east coast beaches. I was drawn to the diverse vibe and the creative energy of Rehoboth Beach and knew this is where I wanted to end up. We bought our second home (retirement home) and this is where you can find me for weeks at a time and always on the weekends. I love the people, the charm of the town, the small businesses and of course the beach.

My art is a creative mixture of photography and digital mediums. I like to capture emotions and feelings of someone being on vacation or the way I feel when I see scenery or a particular event unwinding. It's all about the capture and the reliving of that moment in time. If you made it this far in the about me section, I'd love to hear about you! Drop me a line!
